For that reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for preferences that change after production is complete.
If you notice an issue with stitching, patch application, or printing that does not match approved artwork or instructions, contact us promptly with clear photos and a description.
We review each situation case by case and work with you to identify practical options, which may include repair, partial remake, or another form of support.
If we ask you to ship garments back to our New York studio for inspection, we will share clear packing and labeling instructions so pieces arrive safely.
